Arriving late deprives our clients of valuable treatment time.  In the event a client arrives late to their appointment, we will make every effort to perform the entire treatment in the remaining scheduled time, but reserve the right to: 1) Reschedule if the client arrives more than 15 minutes late, and 2) Charge the cancellation fee (see Cancellation Policy below for details).

LATE ARRIVAL POLICy

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if a client needs to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments will result in a fee of 50% of the scheduled service price.

For neurotoxin appointments (such as Dysport), where pricing is based on units used and the final cost cannot be determined until treatment, a $100 late cancellation or no-show fee will apply.

Clients may cancel by phone, email, or through our online booking system. Those with repeated no-shows or unpaid fees may be required to prepay for future bookings or risk losing access to scheduling

We respect our providers’ time as they are booked out weeks to months ahead, and we have a significant waiting list. Last-minute cancellations do not allow us time to fill those gaps. This policy allows us to continue to provide the highest quality services for our current and future clients, as well as valuing our team members’ time.

By scheduling an appointment, you are agreeing to this cancellation / no-show policy. We appreciate your understanding.

CANCELLATION / NO-SHOW POLICY

Services: We do not offer refunds on any services rendered.  Aesthetic results vary from person to person and while we do our best to achieve the desired outcome, it cannot be guaranteed.  Clients are responsible for additional treatments needed to achieve desired results.

Retail: We do not offer refunds on products purchased.  Defective products may be exchanged within 14 days for the same product only. We do not allow refunds on Gift Certificate purchases.

REFUND POLICy

To ensure a peaceful and hygienic atmosphere for all our clients, we kindly request that no pets be brought into our spa during our clients' visits with the exception of service animals, which are welcome and must be under control at all times. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a serene environment for everyone.
