LATE ARRIVAL POLICy

Arriving late deprives our clients of valuable treatment time.  In the event a client arrives late to their appointment, we will make every effort to perform the entire treatment in the remaining scheduled time, but reserve the right to: 1) Reschedule if the client arrives more than 15 minutes late, and 2) Charge the cancellation fee (see Cancellation Policy below for details).

CANCELLATION / NO-SHOW POLICY

We have a 48-hour cancellation / no-show policy in place to ensure guests can book appointments in a timely manner, and to respect our providers’ time. To secure all appointments, a credit card on file is required. A non-refundable deposit that will go towards your treatment of $100 is also required for all medical appointments. In the event a client needs to cancel within 48 hours or does not attend their scheduled appointment, this deposit will not be returned or credited back to them.

If a client has no-shown and/or late canceled two times, they will then be required to prepay in full for future services at the time of booking their next appointment. The amount pre-paid is nonrefundable if the cancellation / no-show policy is violated. If their appointment is rescheduled prior to 48 hours of the appointment time, the amount paid will be credited for future services with us.

We respect our providers’ time as they are booked out weeks to months ahead, and we have a significant waiting list. Last-minute cancellations do not allow us time to fill those gaps. This policy allows us to continue to provide the highest quality services for our current and future clients, as well as valuing our team members’ time.

By scheduling an appointment, you are agreeing to this cancellation / no-show policy. We appreciate your understanding.

REFUND POLICy

Services: We do not offer refunds on any services rendered.  Aesthetic results vary from person to person and while we do our best to achieve the desired outcome, it cannot be guaranteed.  Clients are responsible for additional treatments needed to achieve desired results.

Retail: We do not offer refunds on products purchased.  Defective products may be exchanged within 14 days for the same product only. We do not allow refunds on Gift Certificate purchases.

PET POLICy

To ensure a peaceful and hygienic atmosphere for all our clients, we kindly request that no pets be brought into our spa during our clients' visits with the exception of service animals, which are welcome and must be under control at all times. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a serene environment for everyone.
